New Utility Bill Format
Posted on Tuesday July 02, 2019
Starting this month, residents will see a change in the layout of their utility bill.
The Village went through a financial software conversion in May and, at that time, also switched our provider of utility bill printing and mailing services. With all these changes, the Village was presented with an opportunity to change the look and set-up of the utility bills sent to residents. The new look has a more concise presentation of the message, consumption and service data and the remittance form.

New Utility Bill Format

The utility bill includes fees for water, sewer, garbage and recycling. In addition, Shut-off notices will no longer be mailed out as a yellow postcard. Shut-off notices will be mailed in business size envelopes and will be formatted similar to a regular bill.

Round Lake utility customers are encouraged to enroll in Direct Debit for utility bill payments The free and convenient service automatically deducts the bill amount from your account on the due date. To learn more about the program or to sign up, please visit  Direct Debit Application
The Village also offers convenient online payment options. Visit payment options to learn more.
