Anyone involved with youth, adults, community groups, non-profit organizations and any others that have exhibited one or more of the traits of the six pillars. Please fill out the appilcation form under “Community Empowerment Grants” located on the left side of our website home page: www.rlabest.org. Send nominations to Kathy Myers ([email protected]).
