Round Lake Community Rummage Sale 6/7/08
The Village of Round Lake will be hosting a rummage sale to benefit our American Cancer Society 2008 Relay for Life team. The event will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2008 from 8 am to 3 pm at the Round Lake Police and Public Works Facility at 751 W. Townline Road.
Come by to find some great bargains and support a worthy cause.
Building Safety Week is May 5 to May 11
Round Lake will be celebrating Building Safety Week from May 5 through 11. The first 45 residents to stop by the Building Department during this time (May 5-11)will receive a gift. We will also offer a limited edition Building Safety Week coloring book to children who come in with their parents.

Illinois Route 120 Feasibility Study Underway
The long-awaited study of the Illinois Route 120 corridor in central Lake County is underway. The Illinois Route 120 Corridor Planning Council (CPC), which is made up of the Village of Round Lake, nine other communities and Lake County, has hired Transystems Corporation to investigate the feasibility of capacity improvements to this critical travel corridor.
