Utility Billing Information

The Utility Bill is a combined bill including water, sewer, garbage and recycling. The bills are mailed monthly on the 1st of the month and payment is due by the 20th of the month. For payments received after the 20th, a late fee of 10% is assessed.

If payment is not made by the 20th, a pink delinquent notice, also known as the 2nd notice, will be mailed. The pink notice will include the 10% penalty.

If payment is not made by the due date on the pink notice, a yellow shut-off notice, known as the 3rd notice, will be mailed. The yellow notice will depict the same amount owed as the 2nd notice and the re-connection charges.  If payment is not made by the due date of the 3rd notice, the water will be disconnected. To reconnect the water service, payment of the 3rd notice amount must be made in order to schedule the water turn-on. The re-connection fee of $50 dollars will be placed on your next bill.

**Payment Arrangements cannot be accepted on 3rd notices**
